Hello developer. Thank you for publish it. This pugin is so useful. I heavily use this when I write markdown notes.
But, I encountered a problem. When enable this plugin, I could not login some web services.
I encountered above ploblem in those services.

Markdown is OK... [Hacker News](https://news.ycombinator.com/news) but what I want is more like * Hacker News || https://news.ycombinator.com/news for faster copy and paste into emails -- everyone is going to want their own thing. Would be great if we could customize the output.

Is it possible to extend this extension to copy all Title/URLs for all open tabs on current/all open Windows?
That would be an awesome feature.

I damn like this addon. It is very useful when I need to share some link to others and I could add both title and url to them. Without opening it they will know what it has.

Recent several months, I found that there is memory leak on Windows 10 and macOS 10.13.2.

Here is my environment:

• Firefox 61.0.1
• Windows 10 1803

At first I thought it is a Firefox bug. But today I found memory is increasing quickly and when I disable addon one by one, I found that this addon is root cause. When I disable it, memory number in task manager stoped increasing and after enable it the number has been quickly increasing. I have disabled all addons and enable or disable it to test.

The increasing speed is about 30M - 100M per second. After it reached 5~6G, it will decreased to 1.5G and start increasing again.

But I also found memory leak on macOS 10.13.2. When I sleep the macOS and open it next day. Firefox will consume all memory about 20G totally.

I don't know what has happend. If you need something which help debugging, please let me know. I will provide it as quickly as possible.

If enable this plugin, access the web page "https://www.envoyproxy.io/" will become very slow, some times it will fail to load. The load speed will very close to Chromium if i disable this plugin.

My firefox version is "70.0.1 (64-bit)", my os is "Archlinux"

Can you add the ability to copy the urls of all tabs with command + shift + c ?
