Scenario

1. User enables the project via Assignees
2. User disables the project via Assignees
3. User deactivates the webhook via GitHub interface

• ⚠️ existing accounts should still continue to work
• it should be mentioned that private repos are supported (not free) // Email or mailing-list?

Focus on public repos

Later

• it should be "easy" to allow a user to use private repos
• it should be possible to downgrade plan ???
• event controller should determine if a repo can be processed

Should we have statistics like:

• the number of events received (webhooks)
• the number of events rejected because project is paused/unknown (should not be the case)
• the average number of reviewers
• etc.
