Fix all Flake8 issues

Just basic set up for our Flask website!

• Added CONTRIBUTING.md.
• Added requirements.txt
• Set up folders.

Add linter test for the repo to ensure best practices

When users click on book cover in the home page, they gets redirected to Book Detail page with all the data associated with that book!

1. Add endpoints
2. Add pages (HTML/CSS)

We have a database of book

Pull all the books from db => show it on the home page

What to include
A question that you might be asking yourself is, What should I include in the demo videos? The demo video is a pitch. You need to make sure you cover all the important stuff in the video but at the same time not make a very long video which as a result bore the judge. It should be short, precise, and yet explanatory. Things you can include in your video:

Team Introduction
Project Idea
Tech stack
Project Overview (Demo)
Keep the video length somewhere between 3-5 minutes.
