Add test and run it after publishing new version on npm

chatgpt-wrapper sends requests to api.openai.com regardless of the specified URL endpoint. Here is a code snippet that reproduces this issue:

const chat = new ChatGPT({
    API_KEY: "<YOUR_API_KEY>",
    URL: "https://<YOUR_API_DOMAIN>/v1/chat/completions"
})

chat.send("Hello")
    .then((answer) => console.log(answer))
    .catch((err) => console.log(err));

Check the recent requests and you will find that api.openai.com is being used instead of the custom URL endpoint.
