When the -t y option is used the tool should verify, after the user to impersonate is specified and the connection is established, that the session user in fact matches the specified user to impersonate.

It is possible to configure things such that a connection will be established silently but the session user is the run as user, not the specified user to impersonate, and the intent here is to detect this situation and make it obvious.

With some modifications we could build it as a 64-bit app and include an option for choosing between the 32- and 64-bit drivers. It might also then be worth modifying the flow to connect once using username-password authentication and once using SSO.
