To reproduce the issue, assuming you're in the project's root:
npm run repro
If that did not work try installing volta (see next section).
Here are the steps I've taken to reproudce the issue, some of them might be unnecessary:
curl https://get.volta.sh | bash
- Start a new terminal and complete following steps in new terminal
volta install node
npx create-turbo@latest
- In the interactive session, use npm, accept defaults, etc.
cd my-turborepo
(or whatever name you gave it)- add
"repro": "mirrord exec turbo run dev"
under"scripts"
inpackage.json
npm run repro
from here on its the original default README generated by turbo:

Turborepo can use a technique known as Remote Caching to share cache artifacts across machines, enabling you to share build caches with your team and CI/CD pipelines.
By default, Turborepo will cache locally. To enable Remote Caching you will need an account with Vercel. If you don't have an account you can create one, then enter the following commands:
cd my-turborepo
npx turbo login
This will authenticate the Turborepo CLI with your Vercel account.
Next, you can link your Turborepo to your Remote Cache by running the following command from the root of your Turborepo:
npx turbo link
