37 error when installing driver,games don't see controller
windows 8.1 intel HD 3000

Does this driver currently have wireless support? It's the feature I'm missing most in the official driver. The controller uses a P2P wifi connection as far as I'm aware, which seems like it should be possible to also implement in windows (as long as the windows computer has wifi).

The device shows up in the controller list in windows, but when you press properties it crashes, and no games (or steam) detects it.

I actually got the controller to work last night then i turned off test mode in windows and it didn't allow the driver to run. I changed test mode back to where it was originally (because the unsigned driver wouldn't work with test mode off in windows). And it gives me code 10. Anything that I can do. I entered these commands

bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF

i did the opposite and put on for both of those. and it still doesen't work :(. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for doing this work! Thanks

I've had problem's with this controller driver for so long because the only thing that works is the Trackpad.

When I go to http://html5gamepad.com/ it is recognized as a "NVIDIA Controller v01.03 (STANDARD GAMEPAD Vendor: 0955 Product: 7210)" so it should be recognized but it isn't showing up when I open up Farcry 3, Farcry 4, Farcry Primal or Overwatch.

I have no idea why it isn't working please help!

I don't see a .inf file, i see ".inx" and other files that look promising but no .inf file.
am i missing something, has the file updated and i just didn't know. or is something else going on?

After installation I gamed for a couple of days and then a message popped up with something about the Nvidia Shield Controller touchpad driver needing an update, that failed and my mouse no longer works. I tried everything to fix it but I'm left hoping uninstalling the inf will work. I just have no clue how to undo it...

I have done it once before, But I had to reset my computer so now I have to do it again.
I followed the steps correctly but at the last step the driver doesn't show up, But If I uncheck compatible it shows up at Nvidia and I install it but it doesn't work.
What can I do?

Hi,
I cannot get windows 10 to use this driver for my controller.
I noticed two things:

1. The controller appears as a mouse pointer in windows device manager
2. The Hardware ID of my controller seems to be HID\VID_0955&PID_7210&REV_0100&Col02 instead of USB\VID_0955&PID_7210.
   I tried to change the hardware id to HID\VID_0955&PID_7210&REV_0100&Col02 in the inf file and windows seems to accept the driver but now it still won't install it because (I guess), after the change, the signature does not work anymore.
   What can I do?

Access to the actuator selector should be atomic in case the two URBs are treated simultaneously.

It states in Read Me that 2017 model support is coming, but that was from several months ago. Is this still planned to happen? Or is there someone else who may be able to do the work?

I ask because the 2017 model is barely supported by Windows, and gas major problems with the trigger and analogue stick inputs

I did everything correct but the only thing that works is the touchpad!

When i do all of that stuff until i can select this there are nothing named "NVIDIA SHIELD CONTROLLER"

BTW do i need to have it in test mode?

I know this is kind of a stupid question to ask but i have an issue simply finding and installing the .inf file. i downloaded the binaries and i still cant find them. Do you mind helping me out, thanks. and Thank you for creating this wonderful piece of work.

The pngs that show how to install the drivers are in a different language

Help me I still can't find out how to activate the x360ce file.
Is there a place where I should put it?
I tried putting all of the files together and install unplug re-plug EVERYTHING IM STILL CONFUSED!
