A quick start project that helps you to enable a filter bar in the Vue Grid and filter grid records using the built-in operators. You can check to apply the different filter types in the Vue grid – Menu, CheckBox, Excel. Also, a DropDownList component is added to the filter bar to perform filtering in Vue Grid.

How to Work with Filtering Options in Vue Grid

A quick-start project that helps you enable a filter bar in the Vue Grid and filter grid records using built-in operators. You can apply different filter types— menu, check box, Excel. Also, a Dropdown List component is added to the filter bar to perform filtering in Vue Grid.

Project prerequisites

Make sure that you have the compatible versions of Node and Vue CLI in your machine before starting to work on this project.

How to run this application

To run this application, you need to first clone the how-to-work-with-filtering-options-in-vue-grid repository and then navigate to the path where it is located in your system.

To do so, open the command prompt and run the below commands one after the other.

git clone https://github.com/SyncfusionExamples/how-to-work-with-filtering-options-in-vue-grid grid-example
cd grid-example

Installation

After downloading, you need to install the packages required to run this application locally. To do so, run the following command:

npm install

Running on development server

Run the npm run serve command for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:8080/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
