Installation

Download

git clone https://github.com/sxm13/GCNEnergy.git
cd GCNEnergy
pip install -r requirements.txt

Energy Prediction

python GCNEnergy.py folder-name[path]
  • folder-name: relative path to a folder with cif files without partial atomic charges
