Delete transients on uninstall

Use custom post type for the fake post
Fix coverage tests
Getting Undefined index: url errors when running PHPUnit with code coverage.
Support (basic) trac formatting
Things like image embeds, e.g. [[Image(http://core.trac.wordpress.org/raw-attachment/ticket/13237/alot-of-bugs.gif)]] and hyperlinks should be displayed properly.
Consider using post meta instead of transients
We're already using post meta, so… What are the advantages and disadvantages?
