suggest to extract Jimple from an existing .apk if there are no .jimple files under the given workspace directory.

• scan workspace to index jimple files; if none are given:
• temporariliy use old Soot to generate the jimple files from the apk
• implement workspace/applyEdit to sync the changes (i.e. the created jimple files) with the workspace

vscode connects to the lsp server but navigational lsp features like gotodefinition/references/.. fail somehow
