There is an error with this repository's Renovate configuration that needs to be fixed. As a precaution, Renovate will stop PRs until it is resolved.

Error type: Preset name not found within published preset config (@swellaby)

I'm not sure what the underlying issue is, but the newer versions of nyc do not seem to play well when the nyc config files need to override include key.

Having include in the shared configs seems to be causing more problems than it is solving, so we should remove with a major version bump

Should add some common sense default exclusions to the base config as well

Opening this to do some experimentation to see if it is possible to publish a single npm module that contains multiple nyc configurations (like it is with tslint and eslint).

More documentation updates:

• Add info about extending/overriding certain keys
• Fix typos (partial config paragraph)
