Need to write component tests

Create Release Pipeline in VSTS for cross platform testing and publishing to the npm registry. Note that #10 will need to be finished before this can be closed.

• Setup Build Definition for Functional Tests
• Setup Build Definition for App
• Setup Release pipeline

Looks like this will need some additional changes

This doesn't need to do the full multi-node version, multi-platform type of testing that we have in the release pipeline, I'm thinking just the latest stable node version on linux.

This will give us a quick check on changes, for example major version bumps of core dependencies like commander as a PR validation prior to merging

Node.js 6.x is the last major release that does not support async/await, and 6.x goes end of life in April

Let's go ahead and refactor the codebase to leverage async/await to target Node >= 8.x, and publish as 2.x

Currently the approval is done as a post-gate, so rejecting a deployment (for example to decline to publish) is resulting in the pipeline being "failed"

Write functional tests:

• CLI Tests
• Lib/API Tests

Package has been renamed and updated under open-cli so needed to make the switch anyway, but this will also address an npm audit item

Everything except the PR validation builds is running in AZP already, makes sense to run the PR builds there too.

Create a Typedef file for those who want to consume the lib from TypeScript

Add support through the Lib to allow consumers to bump a set of task objects

Add functionality through both CLI and Lib to enable the bumping of task manifest (i.e. task.json) files

This feels like a false positive to me, given that the ability for a function to return different types can be a benefit of dynamically typed languages

It would be nice if this bumper had a mode to not reformat/reindent the task.json. There are JSON parsers on npm that preserve the original whitespace. Tfx uses json-in-place, there is also json-file-plus and its relative json-preserve-indent.
