Ethernet Connection about t440p HOT 1 OPEN

Based on my experience, Ethernet connection is not functional in the recovery / installer. (the last time I tested it was with Catalina 10.15.3 or so)

So you have three options:

• if you'd like to use your hackintosh as a daily driver, I recommend buying an adapter and an airport card (as in the guide). They're really cheap and everything works. (with dw cards it's a bit more complicated)
• if you're not into modifying your hardware, you can use Mac compatible Wi-Fi and Bluetooth USB adapters
• if you don't want to spend any money, it should work with USB tethering (as described in the guide)

But as I said, it's possible that it works in Big Sur for some reason, I didn't test it (as I have the airport card).
