No, for backwards compat we allow the old codes in non-runes components, but you can switch to the new codes in there already if you want to

Yes this is expected. If the component is under you control just do what the warning suggests. You can find more background on that here #11052

It is possible to ignore multiple by adding a comma separator, but it should not be required for non-runes components.

I'd ask it here, instead of making a new ticket, because I'm not sure if it is a real bug or not:
In Svelte 5 svelte-check warns about self-closing non-void elements inside of old non-rune components.

Warn: Self-closing HTML tags for non-void elements are ambiguous — use `<div ...></div>` rather than `<div ... />` (svelte)

Since it is not an error, but a warning, I think it is ok, but just to be sure: is it expected?
