一、总结问题：
1、知识点较为分散，系统化程度不够
2、重度依赖搜索工具，代替了记忆
3、囿于现有项目应用技术，裹足不前
二、针对问题提出计划：
1、系统化的学习所列书单
2、将知识固化在记忆里，尽量戒搜索
3、不满足于工作所需技术，深入学习，多拓展，多涉猎
