How i can use execute for insert in sql database in engine/server/server.cpp

It would be great, if you could add a blacklist. Like the favourite list, but all these IP's won't be shown in the serverlist.

Add little Tees to the the LMS and SUR HUD

Since bam 0.5, this client won't build displaying the following error message:

$ bam -t release

This could probably be fixed with a simple cherry-pick from vanilla: teeworlds@d6f3cc1

Change the 64 bit SDL and Freetype dlls so we can use the Client_pack and the vanilla client in one directory

after the newest changes from @Redix of the http stuff for teerace the server isn't always switching from connectiong to sending state.

After spaming a lot of requests (tested with "ping" in rcon) it worked sometimes.

We have to reach some kind of messages in networtk.py that works for both DDRace and race so that we can support eachother's client/server
