reqd is not cleared when message when message is ready. So, old message reqd is being used, and reader goes out of sync.

Function keeps looping until it doesn't get full message i.e. reqd goes down to 0. This can block others if server is receiving huge message from very slow client. Here we can yield with pause reading and then continue reading when we poll next for the same client socket. Also change the name of class client as (suggestion StreamReaderWithLen)

use conn.close() before removing the client from con_mgr dictionary
