• It looks like a problem in ChessPosition.IsDraw() which doesnt detect 3 fold repetition.
• Also thc library is not fit for our project, It will be profitable to create our own chess library.

• StaticEvaluator evaluates the starting position as 50
• This must be a bug. Because the position is symmetrical.

• libchess is fast, but alpha beta with sorting takes more time than alpha beta without sorting.

• History heuristic + Killer Moves.

• The engine with Lazy SMP, is still slow.
• Stockfish can go up to a depth of 30 without any problem. SCE can only go to depth of 11-12.

• add Logger class to the engine.
• it should be able to log string messages to the stream given during initialization.
• Also, it should log different types of messages, VERBOSE, DEBUG, ERROR, INFO etc.
• Also, it should log message on condition, if condition is true only then log the messages.

• When all moves lead to mate, The engine selects random move.
• Find the move which leads to the shortest mate sequence.
• To prevent mate, play the move that has the longest mate sequence

Implement UCI Interface.

• Engine.evaluate() takes upto 1 minute to evaluate the position with only depth of 4 plys (2 moves)
• As we are implementing alpha/beta pruning this should be in the range of seconds.
• Transposition Table, incremental deepening to solve the problem + better static evaluator.

• Implement multi-threading in search.

minimaxTakeVersion right now ignores all non capture moves, but in a given position there might not be any good capture moves.
