Deploying app on Azure error

The following error appears after provisioning the web app on Azure: http://pastebin.com/Yv3rZday

Following this error, the site installation completes, but no theme appears, and shortly thereafter the site begins to fail.

Could you please take a look? Thank you!

Updates

The Drupal installation tells me that an update to release 8.3.2 should be performed, since among other improvements and corrections it also fixes security bugs.
BTW: How often does the software get updated? Do there exist some maintenance plans?
