Sorry, seems I was using a very old version of Sumatra without realizing.
In the new versions it seems the e-book mode is removed and forced to fixed page ui, like if UseFixedPageUI = true is always set in the old version.
The page size customization would still be nice to have, so I'll leave this ticket open.
However now font size and color customization seems gone, text is no longer using justified alignment, and even the setting file weirdly opens with vs code instead of notepad... I'll need some time to figure out if this "upgrade" is actually an improvement in features or not.
