3.6 Pre-Release doesn't open referenced .pdf file about sumatrapdf HOT 4 CLOSED

PDX is very much an Adobe proprietary file so
A) I dont think it is universally supported by any other PDF applications apart from Acrobat, unsure if even Edge with Acrobat plug-in can use it.

B) is AFAIK not part of their PDF Open Licensed ISO Standard, thus no need for 3rd party support.

C) has limited application other than to the source applications location.

Without a Sample MINIMAL set of files showing how a single PDF compliant file READER is supposed to respond to such a niche interoperation this issue is likely to go way beyond any PDF viewer/handlers remit.

If it worked in a prior version and is considered a regression then a test set of files is required for analysis

Confirmed in 3.5.2 we would open linked Copyright.pdf in a new tab. In pre-release we don't.

In 3.5.2 the tooltip shows up as "PDFs/Copyrght.pdf, in pre-release as file://PDFs/Copyright.pdf` so we have the right information, just don't handle it well.

To be clear: this issue has nothing to do with .pdx file. It's about not opening referenced .pdf file.
