I did not add vulnerabilities from DVWA that I did not completely understand. Adding new vulnerability modules is appreciated.

The existing dockerized version was made in a hurry. A fresh dockerfile from scratch should be prepared. The existing docker can be found here: https://hub.docker.com/r/5herl0ck/cybersentinel

After recent additions (signup, delete user, logs, and such), the view source and help buttons in each vulnerability stopped responding.
The cause for this issue is yet unknow.
Should find the cause for the issue, and then fix it.

If the user is in the home page, navigating to instructions, tutorials, etc is correctly done. But, once the user moves to the vulnerabilities folder, clicking home will result in the user staying in the same folder, so if the user clicks on another vulnerability from the drop-down menu, the location of the new vulnerability path is appended to the old path, resulting in no file found error.

Redesign the structure of the website without changing any functionality

The application doesn't have any option for the registration of new users and adding their credentials into the database. The database only consists of already fixed users.
