comicrack-library-organizer's Issues

UX issue

Hi,

I'm running on Win10 with a large screen 3840x2400 and i have the design issue.
Could you please provide a patch ? Many thanks.

unable to move file according to Rules

Hi,
i've set the metadata rule : Only move books that match any of the following rules
format contains manga
when i simulate it says "The book qualified under the exclude rules"
i've tryed with move or not move, genre contains manga, nothing works.

Feature Req: Convert CBR <-> CBZ

Would be cool if a rule/option could be added to convert files as part of the organization process with a built in converter... Thx!

Simulate doesn’t produce log file

When using simulate and running my custom profile on selected files, I only get this message box.

No saving dialog for log file. Is it somewhere by default ?

Edit : I’m still testing and it seems I have issue in my data base having false duplicate (same entries pointing to the same file). It could be the cause.

Feature request: "copy-only" folders

Would it be possible to add under "folder rules" a rule to add folders where files are only copied from but not moved? In other words, I'd like all my files to be moved to directory A, except the ones in directory B, which should only be copied.

Thanks for this, by the way. It's really useful.

Different year formats for completed/uncompleted/short series?

I'd like to organise my (small) library a bit better and intended to add the running years for each series but as I have many Graphic Novels and mini-series, I would like to have three different date formats:

  • for a completed, longer-running series: (StartYear-EndYear)
  • for a completed mini-series/GN: (StartYear)
  • for an ongoing longer-running series: (StartYear-) (to differentiate between this and a mini series)

Is this possible? I currently have this:
\{ <language>}\{ <seriesgroup>}\{<series>}{ - V<volume0>} { ({<startyear>}<!startyear({<EndYear>})>-{<EndYear>})}{ ({<startyear>}<?startyear({<EndYear>})>)}

but I cannot figure out how to have the trailing dash insererted depending on the completeness status.
Any ideas?

Day field missing on copy function

Hi! Anyone know why the published date is losing the "day" field data when copying the file? Set LO to copy to another folder and add to library. Source published date is complete, but when copies and renames the day field is now blank.
