I am trying to build this inside of VS 2022 community version. I am trying to build the class into a DLL but I am getting an error stating:

I have the 4.5 SDK installed in the correct place for VS... I think. Does anyone know what my issue might be?

I am using your library for visual basic .net and having an issue with the InfoLayerCommand.

I am calling like this: Dim response = New InfoLayerCommand(1, 10).Execute(_connection)
and I am getting and exception, There is an error in XML document (2, 2), InvalidOperationException: channel xmlns=' was not expected.

Am I calling it wrong?
