Specs are always nice to have side by side with the source, so add a setting to allow users to automatically open the spec in a new pane.

It'd be nice to use the default settings when no project config exists and override them with project config settings when they do exist. Need to look into how other packages handle per-project settings.

It might be nice to supply a spec file template so the boilerplate describe blocks and requires for instance can instantly be available in new spec files.

When you try to use spec maker on a project which is opened via a symlink, spec-maker has some odd behavior.

To reproduce:

1. create a project somewhere on the filesystem
2. create a symlink of that directory in another location
3. open the project form the symlink
4. try using spec-maker
