The icons look oollldddd... Should be updated to current Android design guidelines. Well, the whole app should, not just the icons.

I'm pleasantly surprised it's worked as well as it has. I'd like to see this functionality pulled out into a library, really.

Ad Ninja is pre-packaged with a hosts file, which is probably good, but it should occasionally check for updates. Pushing updates for only an updated host database seems wasteful.
