Add complex recyclerview sample

A nice way to show advantages of new architectural approach is recyclerview sample with pagination & pull-to-refresh support.
It would be nice if you add smth like this.

Clean up gradle files

Migrate scripts to kotlin
Clean up dependencies in gradle files. Move all versions and names to dependencies file.

Implement support of different podcasts

Add new root screen with list of subscribed podcasts
Add ability to add new podcasts by itunes search api
Check that nothing was broken. E.g. offline playback

Implement player

Implement audio files player using ExoPlayer

Add play/pause/previous/next buttons on Player Screen.
Add play/pause buttons on list items on Episodes Screen.

Implement seek functionality.

Show current position of track and track length.

Implement remote controls on lock screen and notification using MediaSession

Make player look neat!

Hide Download button if the file already downloaded.

Replace download button with Cancel button for ongoing downloads.
If Cancel button pressed - show confirmation dialog

If an error occurred during download replace Download button with Retry button.
