Not working with ubuntu jammy

Change in upstream release packaging breaks this plugin for versions of kubeseal >= 0.17

bitnami/sealed-secrets has changed the format in which they release kubeseal binaries (they're now gzipped tarballs instead of plain binaries), resulting in this plugin not being able to install versions past 0.17: https://github.com/bitnami-labs/sealed-secrets/releases

The list-all command could do with some sanitization, too. The sealed-secrets repo is quite the hot mess, I've had to work around them using a bad versioning scheme for their Helm charts before. >.<
