Implement a install-git.sh script which installs the latest release from source (for distros that don't use a rolling-release model this is the only way to install the latest stable versions, as the releases available on Debian can be several versions behind).

After the second installer script I noticed a repeating pattern in the source code of these files which makes them an excellent candidate for a refactoring task. Scripts affected are:

• install-pwsh.sh
• install-git.sh
• install-python.sh
• install-common.sh
• install-cargo.sh
• install-dotfiles.sh

• git-delta / delta
• bat (replaces cat)
• exa (replaces `ls)
• ripgrep (replaces grep)
• fd-find / fd (replaces find)

• procs (replaces ps)
• tokei (repository language analyzer)

Add and configure the following dotfiles in this repository:

• .bashrc
• .bash_aliases
• .bash_profile
• profile.ps1*
• .gitconfig
• init.vim (and vim-plug)

*should be pull in as a submodule, see also: https://github.com/StefanGreve/profile

Set aliases for

• bat -> cat
• exa -> ls
• ripgrep -> grep
• fd -> find
• procs -> ps
