Main Functionality 1:
Type a (short) message, send it to all registered activists (of a group? see #1),
this is a simple broadcast

Dont store messages at all,
dont store chat/polly longer than 24h,
dont store users longer than 7days,
or sth like that.

(Make backups but keep them encrypted/offline./Asym crypto could help.)

Adding the bot in an messenger client
should create a record of the activist in the database.

Register a bot,
define its authkey,
define its endpoint,
receive data from bot,
send data to bot.

Main Functionality 2:
Create a simple poll, send it to all registered activists (of a group? see #1),
after some time, stop the poll and see results (visualized)

Easy interface for organizers to
login,
list activists,
send broadcasts,
send polls,
& see poll results.

Extension to #7:

If a activist send a file (image / maybe video)
open a chat with the activist via the webinterface #4,
and download + display the file.

We could use NLP / AI / ML to try to figure out what a chat is about and reply with automated / learned / pre-stored information (like state of an action or something); for example if it has been answered already in the last half an hour, or if it is a general information, or if the information is provided elsewhere.

If no poll is running,
and a activists sends something,
open a chat with the activist via the webinterface #4.

It should be possible to group activists in groups, and to perform send operations only on a group.
