Identifier for U2 - U21 is on the wrong side silkscreen :(

Clarify documentation

The Kailh sockets were installed upside down. The silkscreen and build documents need to call this out more clearly. The sockets are reversible but block the center hole of the keyboard switch.

PCB Layout is a mess

This will likely need a redo in KiCAD. Features like the "Align horizontally" would make a big difference.

You still need to do the code

Hey you! Remember, you still need to write the code for this. So....Do that!

Fix up BOM

Find alternate links
This should include

AliExpress KAILH store or the other equivelent socket (brand?)
Alternative for the back mount neopixel (Which seems to be an Adafruit exclusive so supply to Seeed Fusion in China is slow)

Fix silkscreen for Rotary Encoder

Feedback from Seeed fusion is the silkscreen has rotary encoder footprints printed on both sides so it held up production while they clarified which side
(it should be on the side opposite the Kailh sockets

Again, clean this up in KiCAD it looks like.
