外设工具内Keyboard Test Utility（我下面就叫他KTU了）和PassMark KeyboardTest（下面就叫他PKT了）的资源不对
这个是PTU的镜像链接：https://d1.ldtstore.com.cn/locked/keyboard-test.zip
这个是PKT的镜像链接：https://d1.ldtstore.com.cn/locked/passmark-keytest.zip
然后这两个链接解压后都是PKT的安装程序，并没有KTU的
不知道是什么原因（），以及如果我issue提错地方了请见谅
以及这里建议添加一个JME Keyboard Test Progamm，这个工具可以测试键盘的快捷键，功能也比较全，不过找不到具体的官网，而且应该停更许久了
