Android Strings Xml <-> CSV converter

Tool for generating csv file from android strings. Used for exporting/importing translations to/from "client friendly" xlsx.

Support for multiple languages exists as but may require adding more languege codes to source code.

Limitted to supporting;

<string>
<string-array>
<plurals>

Maybe ugly, but it works.

Double endlines on windows when reading CSV

When exporting CSV on windows any entries like:

"my_string","""This is my a multiple line string.
This is the second line"""

will have CRLF inside a string. This causes script to incorrectly parse it and create double endline characters in generated XML

<string name="my_string">"This is my a multiple line string. 

This is the second line"</string>

Current workaround is to convert line ending in CSV to Unix format manually.
