使用demo中的图片，返回{"code":40004,"message":"file not allow download"}
使用路过图床提供的图片url，返回{"code":304017,"message":"upload image error"}
错误地引用链接，返回400002
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.运行.\BotDemo\Program.cs。
2.发送消息“@* 来点图”
3.更改图片链接为此处，并重复1、2。
