[enhancement] Allow a different method of viewing spell text on prewritten spellbooks about scriptor HOT 3 CLOSED

This already exists! You can view spellbook text in a GUI by placing it into a vanilla lectern or converting it into a book.

i feel like a tooltip with spellbook's contents, visible while not holding the sneaking button would be nice.

I have tried to use a tooltip in the past, however this can cause issues with longer books, and involves a not insignificant amount of work to get working to an acceptable level. At the moment, there are ways included in the game to view the contents of a spellbook. While I will be looking into other ways to potentially show this info, and definitely want to ensure Scriptor is accessible, I don't currently see an acceptable way to implement this as suggested.
