Use official nodejs.org site rather than semver.io

Semver.io seems to strip lots of useful data such as releases marked for LTS. Suggest switching the list-all function change to get it's data from https://nodejs.org/dist instead. This would also allow for using the "latest" or "lts" tags for version installation.

Support "wildcard" versioning

NodeJS seems to use semantic versioning. This would mean that using a form of "wildcard" in specifying a version number might be useful. This might also be useful in tracking latest LTS releases.

Examples:

8.x -> latest minor release after 8.0 major release
10.14.x -> latest patch release after 10.14 minor release
lts/* -> latest release marked as LTS
