pt-search's Issues

Search fails when a relative directory pattern is included

From the command line I can search using the following and it works just fine:

pt devtools/client/shared/vendor/react
pt devtools/client/shared/vendor/react devtools/

But if I include anything in the path from Atoms "Find in Project (with pt)" I get no results. It works fine if I don't try and filter by path.

Internally you are using this path when "relative/path" is entered:

path/to/project/root*relative/path

I am running OSX if that helps.

Project wide find-and-replace replaces special characters with

Hi,
A project wide find-and-replace action leaves corrupted special characters in files that are unopened during the find-and-replace action. Opened files during the action ar not affected.
These unwanted alterations occur in the text outside the actual find-and-replace string.
The search-and-replace action by itself is correct.

For example (language is Dutch):
Suïcide becomes Sucide ;
Cliënt becomes Clint ;
‘naar binnen gekeerde’ becomes naar binnen gekeerde

Both in Atom's preferences and html head (site wide) I have declared ISO-8859-1.

Sometimes I have many files with a lot of text to search and replace, so this is really annoying.
Please help or fix bug.

Best regards!
Coen
