@spreedly/sre in setting up the Engineering Blog we need to provision an SSL cert (I believe we're still doing one per domain?) and add it to the app on Heroku.

Heroku has a new (free) SSL endpoint offering we should explore as it will save $20/month, if it meets with your approval? https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/ssl-beta

This will also involve a DNS update once the SSL endpoint is provisioned...

I'd like the Engineering blog to convey a sense of precision and cleanliness. When I look at the current design, the fonts seem a bit big and bleedy (especially the code snippet fonts which are all bold). Can we use a more precise font in general, and especially the code parts?

Changed $light-gray: #F6F6F6; to $light-gray: #F7F7F7; needs to be updated in _varibles.scss

Just add author_url to front matter data so we can provide author links to Twitter/GH etc...

When starting middleman (or compiling assets on deploy) I see this:

Add ability to link gravatar to author photo instead of stock gravatar image.

We need to have that. Yes, it's still a thing!
