Git repository with the R code belonging to the paper 'Comparison of different Methods for Univariate Time Series Imputation in R'.

The folders have the following content:

  • Results.d - imputation experiment results in R data.table format
  • Figures.d - plots of the results of the experiments
  • R.d - R source code of the experiments

Short description of code files within R.d:

  • main.R runs the experiments and creates results files
  • main-plots.R creates the figures (with result files as input)
  • helper-functions.R is called by main.R and provides several required functions
