Spine Case Study B3, B4 and B5

Includes Spine Case Studies B3 (transport sector), B4 (biomass) and B5 (industrial energy use).

The workflow contains scripts to convert a Backbone database into SpineOpt format and then SpineOpt can be used to run the case studies. Please note, that the databases are empty and need to be populated by running the scripts.

Spine Toolbox version 0.5.36 or later
SpineOpt version 0.5.3 or later

Cannot execute project/items

Hello @manuelma @jkiviluo ,

Thank you for creating this example. I trying to get it to work, however, I am experiencing some challenges.

How do you run the scripts? In the read me you say to run the scripts.
This is what I get for the spineopt_model_builder (which has an error stating "The following command line argument(s) don't match any available resources: spineopt_template.json") - Txt document attached below.

SpineOpt_B3 does not execute (has a red x) and has the following message from the Julia consule. Txt document attached below.

I cannot get the spineopt_db to fill with any model content, i.e. nothing seems to be modelled.
