steps to reproduce
message the bot
admin bans the user
admin replies to the previous message

Actual Result
the message is sent to the banned user.

Expected Result (from my experience in using LiveGramBot)
the message shouldn't be sent, and the admin should get notification that the user is banned.

how to setting media allowed or not. like video not allowed , foto is allowed, gif not allowed

I think 🤔 a feature similar to how TDesktop Client, does can be implemented, once #4 is completed 😂⚡

Can you add ability to leave messages like files or any documentation which can be retrieved by the user using the button that are prepared by the bot admin?

Can you make when user start bot, bot doesnt forward /start message. Because it is too annoying when a lot people use the bot. Example like @livegrambot
