In the first draft the test environment contains a Subversion server with one repository. The first project is a tycho sample.

Currently, following external tools are supported:

• Subversion
• Maven

There exists Java libraries like SVNKIT for Subversion and ShrinkWrap for Embedded Maven.

Project should be controlled by a CI system

The Maven Tycho project is a normal multi module project without pom dependencies.

After the release we have a tag in Subversion, release artifacts in an artifact repository manager and the version in trunk is increase to the next development version.

As user I want to know if my configuration file is valid without starting the whole release process.

Java Library: JGit

Before the release process starts, conditus checks for dependencies with the development version (SNAPSHOT version). If development versions are found, the release process is canceled.

Conditus should be used as a command line client.
