As of 6d9b8c2, the program does not maintain new lines after statements containing a call to a directory function. To prevent file paths from screwing up, new lines after directory function calls must be preserved.

Currently, as of 2162e1c, the commenting functions only work on files with a size below 2-3 kB. A little higher and beginning parts are chopped, more and the entire thing balloons.

Currently, the tmp fstream uses the same filename as the main orig stream. An attempt to rectify this discovered other problems and was reverted.

No further work can be done until the current version is stable and works for its intended purpose on files of various sizes.

As of 6d9b8c2, the program crashes when given a file ending with a new line.
