Python inflammation data

Shell lesson - some issues

The index.md for the shell lesson references the repository from the last workshop;

Getting ready {.getready}

You need to download some files to follow this lesson. Open a terminal (Linux, Mac OS X), or run Git
Bash under Windows and then type the following into the prompt that appears
(pressing enter/return after each line):

$ cd
$ git clone https://github.com/Southampton-RSG/2015-09-17-southampton
