Make it possible to manage gitpub config through a simple web app.

Extend git event stack, for not just beforePull and afterPull but fetch, and other stuff,
Need consider what can be done more.

This would be great to have distributed system just not to install this thing on every server go proceed with all logic.

Consider making additional global servers option in the config regarding all servers that need to be patched, and make additional option servers also for every repository config.
Also would be great if you could configure server-specific scenarios in global servers field like beforePull and afterPull

It is been noticed that when I launch gitpub via pm2 I can't get proper message from the web hook.
It throws exception. (need investigation)

Still app is working great if you launch it from just node app.js
