Infobox plugin

Hey, can you try your hand at getting infobox to work?

https://github.com/apneadiving/Google-Maps-for-Rails/wiki/Markers

Ive been trying but i dont think i have a great understand of where shit belongs.

I tried to follow the instructions but i get these errors -- im pretty sure im putting shit in the wrong place.

Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
map.js:65Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'infobox' of undefined

Include Music Player

Docked to the bottom with both play and (+) add buttons, to add to a queue. Currently playing samples from itunes.

Implement delay on slider input

Right now, sliders are firing immeadiatly, causing wonky display and more load than necessary on the server. Mesh with @thanithani to determine right amount of delay, or a manual way to set filters (submit button or something)

application.scss

We should define global mixins and variables in application.css.scss (or wherever glbals should live) rather than placing them in other flies. (e.g. i have some in map.css.scss, but they should have a wider scope.

Currently the application file is .css only— do we need to install a new gem for that or is it another fix?
