Set html lang= to set language

In the HTML templates, the language is declared as "en", even though another language (like the default-supported Swedish language for example 😜) may be set. This is an enhancement, but would be good to have.

Setting status_on_timeout when updating ping config does not seem to work

This response is returned when sending a valid PUT query to /api/monitors and specify to update the ping config:

Graph data needs to be reveresed

In order to show the latest graph data to the right of the chart, the data passed to Chart.js must be reversed. It is currently not reversed.
