After switching to Coverlet we should upload the coverage report as an artifact in the workflow run and as a report in Codecov.

SignalR notifications in administration area are not working as expected since redesign
In the old design everything was loaded into a separate main container, that allowed me to send notification before the view was returned. As of right now this approach does not work because the page refreshes and the notification is disabled.

Introduce two new NUKE Build Targets:

1. Target that builds a Docker image.

This way whenever a new feature/bug fix is merged into master a new image version will be available for download straight from the GitHub repository page.
