This is an issue with all version 8.x of Jira since they have changed the way they are loading colors on backlog and sprint view.
Now they stream the information along the page position (to avoid fetching all info at once and reduce loading time).
It's a very good optimization that change the way how PimpMyJira can update the DOM to add colors on cards.
Need to find a new event to watch with Jquery in order to update the colors of the cards without re-writing the entire DOM at each frame!
